Notifications do not work
If you are adamant about finding a job and are using this app, I suggest manually checking it every hour or so. I allowed virtually every single form of notification on this app and received none. Also, they used to email you instantly when you got a response and now they just send an email telling you that you have "x messages in your inbox" late at night when communication is over for the day. Ive lost two potential jobs over this. Ive had luck using care.com throughout my entire nannying career but their app needs help!
