This app and website used to be awesome. What happened? You want me to pay $54/mo to read messages from potential applicants? Screw that. Facebook is free. I can put an ad in the paper for way cheaper. Deleting the app. Not worth my time and money.

The app crashes, it constantly reminds me my schedule is out dated, why I can only make it for 3 weeks out is just stupid. Notifications never go away, and in general its annoying to use. However!! Care.com on a computer is fine! (Still same complaint about the schedule) but its much easier to use and doesnt crash.

How do I get my messages? It says I have one but when I click on it it says I have to upgrade to premium. I cant answer anyone. Whats with that? The ppl will think Im not interested, but Im unable to respond to them. Im very disappointed in this app. It use to be free.

Horrible. Easy navigation on app + website, but there are so many flaws. Many people who post jobs cannot communicate with those applying + vice versa! Care.com should allow people to communicate without having to upgrade. Maybe more people would upgrade if there was something valuable to begin with in the free version. Also, there isnt a way for those searching for jobs to see if a job has already been filled or still available --- care.com should require that the job posted to be update whether its available or not! I see so many posts from weeks ago still up, yet no one knows if the job has already been filled or still available. Its so frustrating! The communication/messaging issue is the worst thing.... Also, care.com should make it mandatory for those posting a job to reply to those applying + if they arent interested in that person, at least there should be an automated button that replies for them stating that they arent interested. Its frustrating not knowing whether the application isnt being looked over or not... Update and make changes immediately. Ive found various articles online of people complaining about similar things!!!

Its so stupid. Im 16 and obviously if Im applying for a job I need money . So why do I have to pay for credits to apply to the best jobs ???? Is there a way to get free credits ???

Garbage. Wont even open. Wont load. Not worth my energy.

I love this app so much! As a nanny applying for jobs, it lets me scroll through all the possibilities with short, easy to read info. I like it even more than the website version!

So far its a good app. Ive only been using it a few days. Only improvement would be to not post jobs that start date is a week or 2 before I see it.

App is not easy to navigate and often fails to send messages. Hard to see sent mail. Does not work with HTML.

I joined care.com for one month, I had then canceled my account but it auto renewed and continued to charge my card without me knowing and without receiving any email from them in months, I had no idea my account was even active until I checked my credit card statement (a card I rarely to never use) this would be less upsetting if I had received an email stating my account was still opened or I was continuing to be billed and my account had auto renewed. Ive filed a complaint with the company and will update my review if a refund is granted. (I made sure the billing department could see the last time I had logged in)

This app is ok but I really dont like the way they force you to make purchases, locking you in for annually reoccurring payments, they block out numbers on previous emails if your subscription ends. I have yet to find a great resource. The app players parent and "reminds" you that you can pay the provider thru them (they are not ADP)....the concept is great, greedy owners

Im very disappointed in these app! Im actually pretty upset with it. I was able to creat my profile and get it up and running and send a couple messages and I have replied and I cant reply to them it says there is an error. I thought maybe it was because I didnt update it, but that was not the case. I am trying to find a babysitting job and I can not respond! Im super angry! Fix.

I am just starting to use this app and am having some trouble entering my education, miles to travel and years experience. Please help!

I love Care.com and have been using it for years, however the app is and always has been a steaming pile. It is so slow and fails to respond to so many gestures, it feels like they got high school students to build it. My favorite is the lack of parsing of syntax characters in text, so all over the place you see %2a and </br> Come on care.com, you can do better!!!

It needs updating. Locks up from time to time. Good desktop program!

Such a shame that it costs money to just reply to a potential nanny. $200/yr? No thanks
