Care.com puts you in contact with people in your area that can help caregiving. I use care.com to find trustworthy babysitters. I am able to look at their backgrounds through the app. It is awesome!

Could always be better. I would like to communicate better with people about the job opportunities. Maybe instead of applying for it it could just say send a message instead so that it is more like a social network. Just an idea.

Previous version worked great. This one wont connect at all. I even reinstalled.

Ive been updating the app with each new update. However, the app keeps crashing. When I open the app immediately after it turns off.

Works great for me. Hasnt crashed at all. Easy to use and communicate w/caregivers. Wish you could save searches though.

This company is amazing and the app works great! I love being able to contact the parents and its so easy with the messaging program, its safe and easy to use, but best of all its a great place to help other families who need babysitters along with other services!

Its a total scam. You will be putting your credit card and personal information at risk. DO NOT USE THIS APP OR SERVICE!

Im having problems when I try editing my profile I change something and then press done it doesnt change anything.

I was having a hard time finding a babysitter for my kids and now its so easy for me I already setting up more than 1 interviews and Im looking forward to meet those lovely babysitter...

I like that app and I think it is very useful for a lot of people looking for a babysitter or nanny.

I posted a job looking for a nanny, got responses but then realized that you are not able to contact anyone that responded to your request without paying $37 for 3 months or $60.

I got this app in hopes of being able to my account from my phone and not have to go through safari, but I cant even do anything in it. It just shuts down. Definitely needs bugs fixed. And from the looks of other reviews you guys need to fix a lot of other things, so Im just going to stick with sitter city.com and theyre wonder app. :) and probably delete my care.com account because I dont use it anymore.

I was a customer on this excuse for a job site for almost two years and I didnt get one job!!!! Not one!!!! I dont recommend getting this! Its a waste of your time and data!!!

The inbox feature needs to be cleaned up, theres no way to tell which messages are sent before or after others. There should also be a way to filter job opportunities better and to save jobs for applying later.

This really should only be calculated by the response to the initial contact. I have a 25% because I called one woman right away, and the second message I politely declined as the hours didnt match and she thanked me, now Im losing points because I havent responded to what should be a complete message thread. Unfair. For the people trying to get jobs with this, dont expect to do occasional jobs and make more than $10 an hour, no matter what range you put.

I spent 3 days on this site for nothing. I complained and was downgraded to 0 functionality. I had set up a job and a dozen people responded. I contacted the first one and shes not available. The second didnt respond and all were Closed. No calendars were working and tech support couldnt find me. I said I wanted to cancel and it was rediculous. Im supposed to go to iTunes subscriptions which I couldnt find. Too bad. Nice idea.
